Evo Anime Terms of Service

The terms of this agreement (“ToS”) govern the relationship between you and Evo Anime and its affiliates (hereinafter “Evo Anime” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of Evo Anime’s products, websites, and related services (the “Service”). 1. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Service, you warrant to Evo Anime that you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, used in the Service is the property of Evo Anime or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Service is the exclusive property of Evo Anime.

By posting, uploading, or otherwise submitting any content to the Service, you grant Evo Anime a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

Evo Anime makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Service.
